It is my great honor to welcome you to the Korean Association of Research Management and Administration (KARMA). Our association was founded on the shared recognition that research management and administration have become essential in today's fast-changing research environment. No longer a supporting task, research administration now serves as a critical infrastructure that allows researchers to fully dedicate themselves to discovery while enhancing national research competitiveness.

KARMA is dedicated to strengthening the professionalism of research administrators by offering education, training, and opportunities for career development. Through thematic working groups, networking platforms, and national and international conferences, we aim to foster collaboration, share best practices, and build a dynamic knowledge community. At the same time, we will actively engage with international partners to align with global standards and develop a uniquely Korean model of research administration that can contribute to the worldwide community.

The strength of our association comes from the active participation and dedication of each member. Together, we can shape the future of research administration and raise Korea's presence and leadership on the global stage. I warmly invite you to join us in this important journey.
