Education Committee

The Education Committee is a key executive body of the Korean Association of Research Management and Administration (KARMA), responsible for planning, operating, and evaluating the full spectrum of training and development programs for research administration professionals. In an era of rapid changes in the research environment, the committee plays a central role in standardizing the skills required of research administrators and supporting their continuous professional growth through structured education.

Its main responsibilities are as follows. First, to design standards for research administration skills as the foundation for cultivating qualified professionals. Second, to plan, deliver, and assess diverse training activities such as workshops, seminars, and tailored programs. Third, to develop and manage certification systems in the field of research administration, thereby ensuring professionalism through institutional recognition. Fourth, to identify and honor outstanding achievements and best practices, raising morale and disseminating excellence.
